It provides consulting services for soft solder process. It will recommend machines and improve process for better quality product.

We do preventive maintenance work, training support all ESEC die attach machines. We convert, recondition and modify mechanical parts of all ESEC die attach.

For trading business, we buy and sell second hand semiconductor equipment.

We also supply semiconductor spare parts.

Presently, JABEZTECH is a sole representative for CMTec Ag of Switzerland supplying brand new and second hand semiconductor equipment.
